2026 Leadership Institute class seeks applicants

November 15 is the deadline to apply for or to nominate a recently licensed optometrist for the Nebraska Optometric Association's Leadership Institute.  

Qualified applicants are NOA members in good standing who have been licensed optometrists for 10 years or less, and who have shown leadership potential when serving their profession, their patients, and their community.

The class, which needs at least five members to begin, meets five times between January and September; including meetings at the NOA spring conference and fall convention. Discussion topics include effective business and financial practices, building relationships, legislative and professional advocacy, leadership and much more.
