2020 Nebraska Optometry's Virtual Fall Convention

Beyond 2020 VisionClick here for the Nebraska Optometry's VIRTUAL Fall Convention Schedule!

Doctors will be able to take advantage of up to 15 hours of CE on Thursday afternoon, Friday and Saturday morning. Paras will be able to choose from two tracks of education being offered on Thursday afternoon and Friday. All courses will involve live audience interaction with speakers via Zoom.

All CE for doctors and paras will count as live hours for licensure or certification purposes.

OD education will feature 14 hours of clinical topics from Drs. Paul Karpecki, Susan Gromacki, David Sendrowski, and Emily Aslakson, along with a Third Party Update from Dr. Chris Wolfe that will count for 1 hour of practice management CE.

Para education has been designed to encourage and assist staff members seeking certification. Paras will be able to earn up to 12 credits toward CPC certification or re-certification with courses focused on a variety of roles that staff play in OD practices. And with education offered virtually, there are no travel-related costs or overtime considerations for doctors seeking professional development opportunities for staff.

The NOA annual membership meeting and elections, along with our annual awards recognition program, are incorporated as part of the convention program but will be open to member participation regardless of whether you are registered for the convention.

We're excited about delivering this event to doctors and staff in an affordable, convenient format and look forward to your participation!
