Staff Membership
All staff of AOA member doctors can join as AOA associate members for free. Member doctors can register and update staff online, email AOA at memberservices@aoa.org or call 800.365.2219.
Hotel Room Blocks
The Nebraska Optometric Association has secured room blocks at three hotels. To reserve a room in the NOA block, call your hotel by August 27, 2026. After this date, reservations will be subject to availability.
- Crowne Plaza (connected to the Younes Conference Center North), 308-238-7000, $172.95 per night plus tax
- Hampton Inn, 308-234-3400, $167.95 per night plus tax
- LaQuinta Inn & Suites, 308-237-4400, $144.95 per night plus tax
Convention Registration
The person completing the registration form is automatically registered for the convention. If you register and then return to the form to register others, the system will register you a second time. Please consider registering all attendees at the same time or try these options:
- Para registration: Designate one para to complete their online registration and include additional para attendees.
- Multiple registrations: If you have issues using the form, you may email or call the NOA office and provide attendee information. We will work directly with AOA to process registrations.
- Credit card payment: A 4% processing fee will be added to credit card transactions. The online registration form automatically applies the processing fee to your total.
- Check payment: To avoid the credit card processing fee, please contact the NOA office to request the ability to pay by check. Make checks payable to the Nebraska Optometric Association and send to 3901 Normal Blvd., Suite 100, Lincoln, NE 68506.

At the EyeCon26 Expo, industry leaders will showcase the latest eye care innovations, trends, technologies, products and services. Enjoy an evening of elevated food and beverages, conversation, prize drawings and more.
- Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026
- Location: Younes Conference Center North, Kearney, Nebraska
- Hours: 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
- Setup: Begins after 12 p.m. on September 24, 2026
- Tear down: Begins after 8:00 p.m. on September 24, 2026
- Exhibit space includes an 8’ table, two chairs, electricity, registration for two representatives and reception food
- Cost: NOA partners receive complimentary booth space. The cost for non-partners to exhibit is $1,500. Explore the benefits of an NOA partnership.
