Antitrust Issues
We must always be vigilant about antitrust compliance. If nothing else, remember this: doctors should never engage in any discussions with competitors about pricing, terms, mark-ups, profit margin, or discounts, regardless of a perceived public benefit. You may very likely be engaging in illegal behavior.
